Crossrunner price announced

Honda's all-new and much anticipated Crossrunner is set to appear in Honda motorcycle dealers' showrooms from early summer, at the competitive price of £9,075 OTR (including DVLA first registration fee and taxes) in the UK.

With the performance of a 'Naked' but styling of an 'Adventure' bike, designed to meet the desires of a broad range of motorcyclists, the Crossrunner was a hit with showgoers at the NEC's Motorcycle Live event last November, where it made its UK debut.

Its roomy, upright adventure style provides all-round comfort, while its nimble performance of a 'Naked' and the responsiveness of its sports-touring chassis all combine to make the Crossrunner an ideal all-round machine, powered by the proven and legendary Honda VFR800 V4 engine.

The Crossrunner has also been designed with pillion comfort in mind with a lower rear seat designed for easy mounting and, positioning the pillion at a similar level to the rider, resulting in improved wind protection and an enhanced ride feel. Its ABS equipped braking system as standard further enhances the machine's performance and safety, while the wide handlebar configuration contributes to quick, accurate and responsive steering input.

Colour options for the Crossrunner include Black and Silver, Pearl White and Matt Silver, as well as Candy and Silver, while the machine's versatility is further extended by a range of Honda Genuine accessories to include a 29-litre pannier kit and sleek 31-litre top box, heated grips and higher windscreen.
