pannier problem

Anyone know how to open the panniers without the correct key? I've damaged one lid and have the chance of a free replacement but the key is missing.

I would imagine it will not be easy otherwise they would not be very secure.

If you are going to replace the lock with that from your damaged box could you not try drilling it out carefully?

Sorry I can't be any more helpful than that but good luck.
