Delivery times

Can you say anything about the delivery times of the flipscreen for the 2015 model?
My shop in Holland (powerbronze.nl) is waiting for a delivery now for 4 weeks, while the advertised delivery time was 10 days.
I know the UK is separated from the continent, but this is ridiculous.
I do consider the flip screen together with the wind deflectors (Seems a nice combination), but if delivery is such a burden, I reconsider switching to another brand.

Well, a least they are consistent in their delivery and reaction times.

Dear Fleng,

I'm sorry about the delay, I have been out of the office a lot.

Our delivery times are normally around 7 to 10 working days from receipt of order to dispatch. We then allow 4 to 5 working days to get the items to the area in question.  If the order has been placed with our Netherlands customer, they place the order with us and we ship it to them for dispatching to you.
