Hi everyone, just placed an order for a new 2015 Crossrunner in white.
She comes with the extras Honda are including, but have swapped the 31 litre top box for the larger one and having matching side panniers and R&G crash bungs too.
Hopefully if they can find one, I'll be out on her 1st September.
Looking forward to meeting some of you around.
    Rob

    Hi guys,
    thanks for the welcome.
Last bike was an XT1200 Worldcrosser, bought mainly to ride the USA, coast to coast and back with Nick Sanders last year. She was a tad tall and heavy with all the panniers, etc., so the new CR is lower and lighter, so hopefully more manageable for me and her indoors. I have ridden the new demo bike and loved it.

Yes to a meet sometime, just let me pick her up first!

I did the GB challenge with Nick Saunders about 10 years ago, in my humble opinion I think he is a complete twat! Would be interested in your thoughts?

Only ever seen him running his stand at the bike shows - could do with a hair cut methinks.
It's an interesting spin on the cult of celebrity, he and a few others (Boorman as a notable proponent of the art) seem to have elevated themselves and created a self brand which appears to be lapped up by the masses.
I'm not sure if I despise or secretly admire.

I really admired Sanders until I spent 8 days on one of his trips! They always say you shouldn't meet your heroes as you will be very disappointed...and I was !
