A friend has recommended the Maxxis MA-3DS Supermaxx Diamond. Reports I've read seem favourable and they they're not badly priced.
Anyone tried them on a CR yet?

They're cheap for a reason, get some proper rubber.

Hello John, I've not been there since it was taken over. I've been a bit distracted with my new flying machine and gaining my license to fly it!
You are not impressed with the Maxxis then!? What would you recommend? In the past I've favoured Michelin Road Pilots, but they're not cheap are they!?

I guess I'll be going with PR3's or 4's then. I had PR's on my Duc, Yam and Cagiva

Cripes 'ees a bleed'in stunt double for a bond film.
On a more serious note - surely cost doesn't come into it when we are talking about the one thing that maintains contact between our good selves and the Tarmac.

I feel safer in the air in that John, than I do on the roads surrounded by homicidal cage drivers!
James Bond? . . . . amateur!
Saving money is not the primary objective Reasty, but if they were a viable alternative then I'd be daft not to consider them! I've read good things about them and my mate has them on his Fireblade. He asks more of them on that than I'm ever likely to on my CR.
I'm not a fan of the brand, but thought they may have taken a leap forwards. So I wondered if anyone has actually tried them on a CR.
