Mine appear tight.

The dome head nut is easy to tighten but the allen key cap head is not.  You need to remove the stand hinge bolt to get at it which would be a pain.  Be careful about the connector to the switch if you do.

Found this thread this morning so went out to the garage to check the 2 fixings.  The hex bolt was tight but the 8mm Allen bolt was only finger tight.  :005: 

Had to remove the small bolt holding the side stand switch for access but thats very easy to do with a small socket.  Once that's out the way access to the Allen bolt is easy.  I even remembered to put the stand switch back in the same position it came off and test afterwards.

Many thanks for the tip.  As a thought, is it worth putting a spring washer behind the Allen bolt to stop it coming loose again?
