Good Afternoon All!

Hello,
Just thought I would introduce myself and say hello. I have just bought a used 2011 Crossrunner (in Red), and will hopefully be taking delivery of it sometime this week. I originally wanted a VFR800F, but after a test ride found out that my wrists just are not up to the forward seating position. I suffer from carpal tunnel, and after only about 3 minutes riding, my wrists were very painful. I was very disappointed as I really wanted the VRF, but after speaking to the friendly Honda dealer, they recommended trying the Crossrunner, as it is essentially a VFR but with a much more comfortable seating arrangement.
So I test rode one, and here I am. The bike was fantastic to ride and very comfortable (and still has the lovely V4 engine!).
Have a good afternoon,
Paul.

Paul to our little forum, basically the same engine but much more comfortable, enjoy her!
What area are you in the UK?

Welcome, a gr8 choice - I got mine 18 months ago after years of the traditional vfr's and it's really reignited my biking. Over 500 miles this weekend down to Dartmoor and not a hint of aching. You chose the swiftest colour as well!!!!

Thank you everyone for the replies. Much appreciated. Tiggy - I am in Essex. Where are you based?
I'm glad the general consensus of opinion is that red is the fastest colour
I haven't got a delivery date as yet, but hopefully soon!
Cheers,
Paul.

Hi Paul, I'm over in Guildford, Surrey. Mine is white but plenty fast enough for me thank you!
There a few of us down here in the South East so perhaps thinking of a meet sometime, have you visited Boxhill or how about the Ace cafe? Good opportunity to have a chat and check out our bikes, etc.
