European Service Manual

I contacted Honda UK today and asked them about a service manual. Apparently they don't do printed manuals anymore and all manuals are available online. It goes without saying that this is a paid service, but is available in several languages. You have to register and then pay the amount relevant to your access period this is from 10 Euros for 1 hour to 20 Euros for a day etc.
Go to the following website where all is explained
http://www.techinfo.honda-eu.com/home
I will be trying it myself later

Call me old fashioned if you will, but I'd rather spend 20 quid and buy a service book I can peruse at my leisure in the garage or on the drive, without having to squint to read the small print obscured by sunshine reflecting on a screen.
Is this the widely adopted modern way? Or is it just Honda that believes this is a great way of screwing their customers?

I agree that having a printed manual is a way better option, but that's not available right now.

Well, I finally tried this site for 10 euros worth and have to say that I found it really good, well laid out and easy to use. Excellent for those who need the info and don't mind paying. They have some really useful things there like a full colour wiring diagram that prints out on A3, brilliant when laminated and torque settings for the whole bike on 2 pages both in Nm and Lb Ft.

Hi reasty, I was drilling down to the 2015 model, so didn't look for anything else, will have a look next time I'm in there, you can always ring Honda Motorcycle GB and check with them if you need info quickly.

Can you download / print the pages, or are they purely view able online?
