Hi folks,
Anyone using a Kaoko cruise control? I'm interested in this and looking for your experiences.

Not much interest here but for future reference;
The HND300 kit that Kaoko say fits all CRs from 2011> does not fit the 2015 with OEM heated grips right out of the box. It will however after some modification. I'm happy to post pics and instructions if there's any interest.
Test ride tomorrow but not expecting any dramas as it works a treat when tested in the garage. Didn't interfere at all with around town riding today either which I'm very happy about.

Hi - I took a look at it on line looks interesting and not a bad price. Was it as easy to fit as the vids proclaim?
Do you think it would work with aftermarket oxford heated grips fitted?

No, not as easy as the videos. That's what I'm saying.
No idea about Oxford grips but an educated guess would be no.

I've been looking at this for my bike. What did you have to do to make it fit the 2015 model?

Hi. I'm really interested in what you did with the Cruise/lock to make it work? Also Amy feedback after use, still happy with it?
Finally, we're you able to keep the stock bar end on? Pics would be awesome!
Thanks. Tim

I'm currently attempting to fit one to my bike. The screw that comes with the Kaoko is too short and the stock one is only just long enough so a longer M6 socket head screw is needed, approximately 65mm long. Also there is a thrust washer that comes with it that has a shoulder on it that sticks out too far and needs to be filed down by a couple of mm. The Kaoko replaces the stock bar end so you can't re-use the one on the bike. I'm thinking of painting my LH side bar end black to match.
I'll take some pics and post up here when I get it all sorted.
