Gents, and Ladies.
Sold my Crossrunner so no more forum discussions for me. Did 2000 miles on mine in 6 month and it is probably the easiest bike to ride that I've had and the perfect all rounder (assuming you don't want to do 120 mph + on regular occasions) for these shores, once you have sorted out the buffeting, Powerbronze adjusters and Ermax screen gave me the best results. Didn't like the Americanisation (is this a word ?) of the controls and lights and it's too dear new but apart from that it is an excellent bike. I'm sure most of you will agree that motorcycling is an evocative pleasure and opening the garage and thinking "Look at that ****ing thing" is part of it, which I never got. I'm heading for a CB1000R next which stir my soul when I look at them.
Brilliant forum Gents, very useful and a interesting, enjoy your bikes and what's left of the summer
Cheers
Carl
