seduced away
on: October 26, 2016, 09:15:34 PM
Dear All

Well the itch finally got scratched. I took an Aprilia Caponord Rally Raid out for a test ride today. NOW THAT IS WHAT SUSPENSION SHOULD BE DOING!

Not perfect but for a big guy the bigger bike suits and fits me better. The brakes aren't up to those of the crossrunner but the engine is a peach, not dissimilar to the Honda's rewarding spirited use of the throttle.

I ordered one and pick it up next week.
wishing you all well.
keep safe

Trevor

Nice! Always liked the look of them myself.. premium quality kit, for sure! I just didn't much like the premium grade price that went with it... figured that pouring some cash into the fork legs and shock of the VFR would work out cheaper, although the jury's out on whether that turns out to be the case...  :002:

Good luck with it, sir.  :062:

Got it for a steal as it looks like it will be the end of the line as not euro4 and due to poor sales not likely to be developed to become so.

You di meet the nicest people on a Honda though 😉
