High windscreen

I see on the front page of the website that it mentions that a higher windscreen will be available for the bike.
I'm yet to test ride the bike so I'm not sure if I would need one, but do we know how much this would be ?

Cheers for reply mate -what height are u?
I'm about 5'10" - and think I would have same problem if I went for taller screen.
Also - got any pics of your bike in stuning aussie surroundings?

I'm 5'10" also. No photos I'm afraid but I did enjoy a longish ride today in perfect spring weather to the north of Sydney (Wisemans Ferry and Spencer for those that know the area). The day has confirmed my preference for the shorter screen. Happy to report that the bike ran beautifully.

Screens is a funny one- had a vario on GSX1250 and it worked as far as reducing wind on face - but drastically increased noise around helmet so I rarely had it up higher than first notch or two. There is a "clean" or silent layer of air which is the one we all really want to ride into - nothing on face and quiet round ears. Pretty elusive I think.
Apparantly some dealers have taken the high screen off their demo xrunners cos test riders (of varying heights ) don't lke it. But as u say - if it works for you that's great.
