New here, hello from Holland
on: February 24, 2017, 09:06:55 PM
Hello

I'm Nico from Holland, and I'm going to buy a Crossrunner 2015.
Not my first Honda, that was almost 38 years ago , I had the SS50Z  :062:
Now I'm a little older, and wiser ??
9 years ago I started riding motorbikes, had my lessons on Honda's like the CBF600
Passed all the tests, and bought a Suzuki Bandit S (2001) , after a year I could upgrade to a half year old GSX650F (2008),a great starters bike , almost no issues for 128000km.
Today I tried fitting a crossrunner. Still a little high, but I can manage to put my toes on the pavement.
Next week a testdrive, I'm sure the Crossrunner will pass.

I'm going to join you , in a week !

Big welcome! remember the 2015 has a seat lowering capability ... also i have found it sinks in time ( ive done 11000 miles on mine and foot flat on high seat setting and am 5 ft 9 in : not tall!)
enjoy the crosser its is underrated!

Hi Nico

It was too tall for me but on the lower seat height its great, makes all the difference

Have fun

Yes, today I had my Crossrunnertestdrive.
And of course  I bought the bike.

My surprise : runninglights @ front indicators.  Love them.

The lowered the bike front and back with 3 centimeters, so I can put my foot down at a traffic light

When I look @ membersmap, I'm one of 4 Honda Crossrunnerdrivers ??
Don't think so... where are the others ??

Just owning the bike three weeks now, I like it more every day.
Sure.. it consumes more fuel than the Suzuki GSX650,but it gives more back

just 2 pics from Holland

We love our Dutch waterworks...
