i'm too short
on: March 20, 2017, 09:42:34 PM
With my 1,7 meters hight, I have an other problem, my legs are short.
When I buy jeans, I have to search for 34/29  and that's a rare size in Holland.

So the stock crossrunner is a little bit too high for me.
The dealer where I bought the bike lowered the rear, and front.
They also tried to lower the seat, but only managed to do that on the rearside.
The front was still high, but luckely I read the manual, and removed the 3 bolts and spacers
Now I can put my both feet on the ground.

I found this youtube video

how to lower the suspension on a 2015 model crossrunner.

I payed special attention to the part of the sidestand, because my bike was standing almost vertical, and a push from the wind should be enough to tipp it over.
This morning I modified the sidestand, and it works for me !

I'm a happy crossy

Now the seat is on the tankprotection again and not on the painted tank.
