Oil leak

Hello everyone! I have a crossrunner and, unfortunately, the bike is with an oil leak at the pinion seal. Someone is having the same problem? To check well, just see below the pedal box of the changes and you can see that there is a small deposit of oil that can be confused with the drive chain oil ...

Have you taken it to your dealer? They should fix it without you having to pay.
I hope that the problem is solved soon

The dealer said that almost all the bikes that he sold have the same problem. If you look at the bottom near the gear pedal you can see small deposits of oil. It looks like its from the gear chain but is not. Look carefull. Cheers

I looked at mine and seems pretty dry around the area you describe but I'm not sure I'm looking where I'm supposed to. If you could post a picture, I'm sure we can give you more relevant feedback.

Hi there. Honda said that they will paid all the work but to replace this seal they must remove and open the engine!!! A very bad situation. I saw in other bikes on the same stand and they all have this leak. The dealer said that this may be a factory error and for sure they will repalce every piston seal. I cannot post a picture because im out of home but i made a draw who will easily explain this. Hope you dont have nothing on your bikes and dont confuse this with oil from the dribe chain.
