    Hi MJD,

yes I had it on my original dash (Sept 2015 model) and eventually my dealer replaced the screen (supposedly it was a new version) under warranty. That was some time ago and it did fix my problem of misting up. So for me, all is good and still is and I'm up to 8500 miles in all weathers. At the time I searched on here and found several other 2015 models were affected and some were a lot worse than mine. I took numerous photos of the moisture as it happened, because it will go away but leaves a ghosting effect then of course comes back next time out.

Try this link to the topic :- https://www.honda-crossrunner.com/index.php/topic,1188.0.html (read page 3 as I quoted the response I got from Honda)

One guy on here had his dealer botch it with sealant and all sorts before a replacement and I think he got rid of the bike in the end as he had lost faith with Honda's attitude, which for him was a shame as the bikes are very good.
I hope you can get your dealer to replace it under warranty and let us know how you get on.

    Good luck, Rob

Thanks for the reply Rob.I had the bike out today and the droplets of water have gone but has left a stain along the bottom of the dash, which is very annoying.I will take it into Honda Bournemouth, who I must say have been very helpful in the past. The strange thing is that the bike hasn't been out in any wet weather for a while and is kept in a garage.I have read the post on the subject and will post how things are progressing,
    Cheers

Had mine replaced under warranty a few weeks ago, fingers crossed no problems yet, but I still have to ride in the rain.

I had the usual stupid questions from Honda about had I pressure washed the dash etc. Then they approved it but had to wait several weeks as the part was on back order. My old one didn't have the condensation at the time the dealer saw it, but did have the white marks on the inside from where the moisture had been.

    Good news.

Tyres; ri-ro I think you should be looking at less than £250. You could save yourself ~£30 if you remove the wheels yourself but I guess you've already made that decision.

I'm running Metzler Roadtec 1s on the Crossrunner and I find myself preferring them to the PR4s I had previously and still run on the 1200. Don't know about mileage yet though. PR4s are an excellent tyre though.  :152:
    98 VFR800 - 130,000 miles, 08 VFR800 - 76,000 miles, 15 VFR800X - 44,000 miles (all sold)
    14 VFR1200 - 24,000 miles
    18 VFR800X - 30,000 miles
    01 VFR800 Fi-1 - 9000 miles
