The Pyramid hugger which was fitted just over a year ago has broken . The triangular metal bracket which is bolted onto the hugger and the swinging arm has snapped clean off . Is it possible to buy a new bracket from Pyramid ?
Thanks Bob

Hi, same thing happened to me. I called them up and they sent another, I think they charged about £12 or so. Good customer service but a bit worrying that it happened. Whilst I was waiting for the replacement to arrive, I made myself a ‘temporary’ bracket with some 3mm aluminium I had going spare. That is still going strong so I wonder if the steel version is a little too brittle.

That's good news , how long did it take for the new bracket to arrive ?
Thanks Bob

Only 2 or 3 days I think, not long. I made my temporary aluminium version as I use the Crossrunner as my daily commuter.
