SEAT HEIGHT SPACERS/BOLTS

Hi all
I recently bought a 2017 bike which I later realised was not supplied with seat height spacers and bolts. The dealer, who shall remain nameless, has so far taken 2 months to try to supply them for me and I'm losing faith. Does anyone know where to locate a set in the UK or can they give me any specifications ie. bolt/spacer size and material so I can try to get them fabricated.

i will take the seat off this weekend and see what are standard parts and what may be height adjusters and let anyone interested know
