Hello from sunny Notts
on: October 11, 2018, 06:09:04 AM
Just to say hello as I await picking up my 2016 Crossrunner after this weekend. I was attracted by a test ride a couple of years ago and also because... well it’s a Honda. I also have an older ST1300 Pan which I will use for winter riding and longer two-up trips abroad with my wife, although, with panniers and top box fitted, I am looking forward to trying a two-up trip on the Crossrunner to see how it manages after years on the 1200 GS which I traded in. Hopefully we will enjoy more trouble-free riding than experienced with the BMW...
The Crossrunner has fitted a MRA screen which, on the test ride, seemed less efficient than the trusty Givi Airflow screen that i fitted to the GS. I will be scouring this forum for advice on this.

Hi and welcome.  :031:

Screens are a very personal issue but there are solutions, many discussed on here already.

You may need to tweak the suspension for 2-up and luggage. I'm going to get a new shock and front springs fitted on mine but that's due to 30k miles, not 2-up.

A pic of your new steed once you have her will be appreciated.

Hope you enjoy.  :419:
