How is the best way to do the first km/miles?

A rough conversion but very quick is divide by 8 then multiply by 5 which would mean 80km =50 miles. An exact conversion would mean 80km = 49.709 695 379 mile so very close. Of course the bigger the figures the less accurate this is but for normal use I find this accurate enough

Like above, I wouldn't go over 5,000 - 6,000 rpm until first oil change at 600 miles or 1000 km. I would also avoid running then engine at constant speed such as cruising on a motorway. Instead, I would use as much engine speed / power variation as possible during this boring but incredibly important phase.

Ahahah, thanks Rocker but I mean the way to do this first 1000km not the conversion! But thanks any way! I think that in this phase you should not pass the 6,000 and very short time in the "vtec area". After the first service you should carefully open the throttle until you get what you from the vtec. In my crossrunner, i usually don't pass the 4500rpm and avoid the highways.
