Dashboard contrast / readability

Morning all,
Has anyone come across anything to help with the readability of the dashboard? I have just bought a 2016 model and it seems to have poor contrast in terms of the readability of the display and I wondered if anyone has come across a 'sun shade' or similar to help with this?
Thanks in advance, Paul....

That's very strange. My 2015 had the best day I've ever had. It's bright, and goes extra visible when the sun shines on it. Have you checked the brightness setting?
