Skids my good man - do you.... by any chance.... still have the seat risers? And are they available?
My dealer-supplied ex-demo CR was set low and I cannot imagine the risers are still anywhere near the dealer's workshop.
It's a long shot I know....

Sorry to let you down, as I got the seat bungs from the prior owner I did not take up the kind offer of skids and hence no donation made for this. But rest assured I do give regularly to charities honest!
Your origins make me doubt that a tad Bob 😋

Yes, that's why I posted the picture. Been sat in my 800X box since the day I brought bike home 3 years ago and lowered the seat.

Yours for a donation to Riders for Health.

PM me your address and I'll post them, probably wont be until the weekend though.

Skids - I had trouble adding this image to the PM so as some sort of proof, here it is.
I think you would have accepted on trust anyway but I don't want to erode that trust - I might need it again someday  :028:
Cheers.....

Hi Skids
The bits arrived this morning and are now in place.
It feels a little taller (obvs!) so I'm looking forward to getting out on the road to see how much more comfortable it will be with slightly gentler knee angles.

Thanks for your generosity  :047:  - it is much appreciated.

No worries m8, they've been sat in my cupboard since I bought the bike and I wont be using them so I'm glad they've helped you out.  :031:
