idle speed?
on:
October 28, 2019, 07:30:39 PM
Hi everyone, I'm new to both the forum and crossrunner. My idle speed is approximately 1,600 revs the engine temp was 90+ so the engine was warm.
Is this normal?

Easy to adjust, the idle speed adjuster is easily accessible, no tools reqd., check your manual for exact location.

Think it should be on the rhs of the engine, a knurled black knob on the end of a wire which you twist to alter the idle rpm.

Thanks for the advice and assistance. I'll attempt to change the idle speed tomorrow and let you know.

Thanks for the advice. I found the idle adjustment on the left hand side, (clutch lever side) a knurled black knob. It looks like a plastic bolt blocking off a water hose. I gave it the slightest of twists and she sits even prettier now at 1000 rpm.
