    The day has finally arrived

The day that I have been dreading has finally arrived. As from midnight tonight I am officially a "Senior citizen" having reached the age of 65. Unfortunately I will not be able to celebrate as I'm doing a 12 hour night shift. As I still love my job and I want to still be able to afford the bikes and the trips away I have no intention of retiring in the foreseeable future

Happy birthday "old chap" - not far behind you myself so I use the term in a very respectful way.
According to my 70 year old brother (who was biking until 18 months ago) - bikers don't get old - they just use the gears a bit more. Here's to many more great days riding. :028:

Happy birthday mate. All the best.
I don't try to explain to people why I ride a Motorcycle. For those who understand no explanation is needed! For those who don't understand, no explanation is possible..
