Yes that is Android Auto.  Obviously the facility to use voice control is a bit limited on a bike.

The last time I went to a country that wasn't covered by their free roaming agreement we spent a holiday touring Iceland.  I used Navmii and paid a few quid for the Iceland map, it worked really well.
