Thanks for that info. and links.  :028: Adding up all the bits and pieces I might just go for a Honda one. Saw a triumph with aluminium side boxes on yesterday, crikey they made it look so wide.

I just bought a pair of secondhand ruby red Honda side panniers for my 2015 CR. They are nice quality and fit well.  Pretty slim, and I doubt I'll get much in them.  The Honda carry bags inside are pretty and will certainly help keep items safe.

Overall they look nice, but the volume is not great.

None of the Honda panniers are particularly voluminous, sadly.
