I'm not sure how much suspension tech knowledge there is on here. If there is, they're keeping quiet.

You could try over on VFRD, there's a lot of very clever VFR owners on there.
    98 VFR800 - 130,000 miles, 08 VFR800 - 76,000 miles, 15 VFR800X - 44,000 miles (all sold)
    14 VFR1200 - 20,000 miles
    18 VFR800X - 16,000 miles
    01 VFR800 Fi-1 - 9000 miles

Wot Skids said. I had my suspension done at hyperpro and didn't really pay attention when they were doing there magic.
    Stop making sense

Have you managed to get the shock fitted ricardo56 ? If so, how does it compare to standard. Looking to upgrade the suspension this winter.

Thanks for getting back. 70kg, I think I was still in secondary school the last time I was that weight. Forty years later and add a kilo for each of them years has left me with the reason to uprate. Had a shot of a tiger 1050 with suspension to suit and the difference was chalk and cheese compared to the xrunner.
    Regards
