    28.6mm Handlebar on Crossrunner MK1

Hello, I'm wondering if anybody succeeded to mount a 28.6 mm handlebar on the MK1 CR, as the LSL conversion kit is not available anymore,  for better handling, stability and design.

    Regards
    Martin

I fitted 22mm bars to mine Renthal. I used a 50mm SWMOTECH riser and then SWMOTECH barbacks. You could use the bigger clamped barbacks for the thicker bars.

Hello, thanks for info! In the meantime I found an LSL X02 and 50 mm SW Motech risers as used parts and ordered a 22mm to 28mm converter (also SW Motech). That fits and looks good,  bar is slightly lower than the LSL conversion kit with 90 mm risers.
I hope also German TÜV will not complain.

Sorry. Slightly inaccurate info by me. They were SWMOTECH Vario barbacks. These combined with the 50mm risers ended up being almost exactly 90mm

I have now 70 mm riser (50 + 20 of the converter) , but to me this seems to fit even a bit better. So this could be an alternative for the LSL kit which is sold out.
I haven't completed yet, I can post a photo if somebody is interested.
And the vario barebacks don't have street approval in Germany.
