Just a wee message for those that do their own maintenance. Noticed on HUKDeals, Halfords have a sale on Ngk iridium spark plugs for the grand total of £1 each. Remember to use the correct plug in the search when ordering and not the one they have advertised.

I was looking for a set for the Fi I'm going to buy but they're not included in the offer. It's only 2 plugs.

Should fit the Mk 1 Crossie though???

I passed this on to the VFRD forum and got this reply:
It gets even better. Halfords just emailed me a £5 voucher against my next order for setting up my account with them and placing my first order. So they've effectively paid me £1 for taking £50 of spark plugs off their hands. Remarkable.

That’s great news. Always good to see someone get a bargain. I must admit, the staff member who dealt with me was very helpful and managed to get the correct plugs sent over to the store for me to pick up.
