Panniers

Hi everyone, hope you are all well and, like me, looking forward to the warm weather. Myself and a few mates are doing the NC500 in June and am looking for a set of Honda Crossrunner Mk2 panniers (2016) that may be for sale? Not too bothered about the colour although the red ones would be ideal. I have trawled the usual sites but so far, no joy. If anyone has an old set or knows of a set for sale, I would be happy to purchase them.
Safe riding everyone

Just to say I was almost 2 years before I found a set. The ones I got were for a 2012 VFR1200F. They were a perfect fit but the only thing is they use a different key/barrel type to my mk2 bike. As for your trip, if the weather is fine you will really enjoy it. I’ve done a few bits of it now and there is a wide variety of roads. From narrow uneven tracks to some wide, smooth flowing ones. Back to the panniers. If these hadn’t turned up, I did look at a couple of other makes. The advantage would have been that if I changed bike, I could have used them on it. But then again, why would I want to change

Thanks Groggins,
I'll start looking for some VFR1200 panniers as well, might open up the options a bit. As you say, the roads around the NC500 look amazing and myself and my mates who are comming along are absolutely buzzin. Hopefully we will be doing some wild camping whilst there so tents and gear are being prepared.
If I cant find any panniers, then the throw over set will do and i,ll keep looking ready for the trip to Germany next year.
Thanks again

Hi!
Not exactly what I'd call cheap stuff but you may want to have a look here:

Just make sure to check they have in stock or the expected lead time otherwise before ordering.

Thanks Tano,
I had a look but they wanted over £800 so a bit too much for me at this time.
I'll keep looking

Why not buy givi or h&b rack and panniers? Cheaper and easier to find.
