2012 VFR800x Completely Dead

Hi
Help needed here.
Got a 2012 model which has been sitting for a while, must be at least 2 years.
Charged the battery overnight. The next morning, No start, only the relay clicking.
Got a New battery and hooked it up, it was slightly more promising but still no luck.
After few tries the bike lost All power. No dash, no fuel pump whirl, no nothing.
The only thing still strangely working is the high beam blinker switch at the left switch. Other than that completely dead.
The battery is New as mentioned (and tried a full charged car battery just in case). The power is good. 12.7
I get 12.6 Volts at one of the starter relay terminals (20A FI) but no reading at the Main fuse (30A)
All the Fuses, including the 30A and 20A at the starter relay are good, not blown.
Any ideas what to check next? I Read the other thread about Service manual, I guess none available online, not even the wiring diagram for this model?

Hello,
I cant really hep with any electricals but for what its worth the service manual can be downloaded from:
https://www.vfrdiscussion.com/index.php?/files/file/260-2014-2015-vfr800f-rc79-8th-gen-service-manual/
unfortunately the wiring diagram is not in there.

Hey Lars, I think the OP has a 2012 VFR800X Mk 1 model which is based on the 6th Gen VFR800 (02-13) so not the manual you linked to.
There is a 6th Gen SM on VFRD however so that may help.
98 VFR800 - 130,000 miles, 08 VFR800 - 76,000 miles, 15 VFR800X - 44,000 miles (all sold)
14 VFR1200 - 20,000 miles
18 VFR800X - 16,000 miles
01 VFR800 Fi-1 - 9000 miles

Any ideas what to check
I get the starter working when bridging the starter relay terminals with a wrench. Other than that still completely dead..

Sounds to me as though a loose or corroded earth might be the cause. I would start at the -ve battery terminal and check forwards from there.

I have checked and thorougly cleaned both the frame grounds near the front fuel tank mount. The one on the very top and the other right there at the side.
They look like new. Measured around 12.5V on both
Are there any other grounds to check?
Care to explain a little bit in detail how do you check from positive terminal forward?
Thanks

I think my post said from the -ve (negative) terminal forwards.
In detail would disconnect the negative battery terminal and then run a continuity test between the negative battery cable to each earthing point and earth cable you can find. If you find a discontinuity then that may be the issue.

Yes, corrected, negative terminal forwards.
With the wire off the battery. I checked the continuity from the negative end to both of those ground mounts on the frame with a multimeter. They are both fine.
I am looking at a main wiring harness photo of 2012 VFR800X and I can only find those 2 green earths on the frame
What I am missing here?
What else to check?

Continuity from the -ve to the front ground near the starter, also all good.
