Am I the smallest Crossrunner Rider

Just out of curiosity I wondered if I am the smallest rider of a Crossrunner on the forum.   :005:

I am 5'7" with a 29" leg and even with the seat on the lowest position (front & back) I can only get 1 foot flat on the ground.  Once the bike is moving it's no problem and the bike handles really well, much like my previous 2019 Suzuki SV650 but without the rock hard suspension and crashy ride.

Is there anyone smaller than me riding a CR?

Nope, at 6'4" no problems whatsoever  :016:

But the ergo's of a crossrunner don't really suit the shorter rider I can imagine.

    Ever tried these?

:008: :008: :008:  As I grew up in the 1970's I had a pair of platforms then but kept twisting my ankle.

Interesting that Slade are still big in Holland though!

Have you lowered the bike to help you?
Some members on here have rotated the rear shock mounting plates and pulled the forks up thru the yolks.

I'm 5'6" with a 29" inside leg. As standard my Mk1 was OK, but taller than I was comfortable with long term.
I subsequently installed a Lush lowering kit - different rear shock mounting plates - and a Top Sellerie seat which is a little lower than stock.  Together they make the bike much more comfortable.

I was concerned that the lowering kit would adversely influence the handling, but I have a Nitron rear shock and the handling with that and the lowering kit is far better than stock.

    Voodoo

Everything you need to now is here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slade

Your hero in the picture Dave Hill is still going strong!  Perhaps 1970's Glam Rock is due for a revival in Holland  :005: :005:
