Hi, not sure if it’s the owners manual for the crossrunner or a vfr 800f but here are a couple of photos from my owners manual.
Good luck.

Cheers Goggins
That’s the same as the VFR X handbook
And that’s what we have done

As a workaround, adjust the time at midnight.......

Once set, turn ignition off.

I had same issue and worked it out... set as instructuctions in user manual. When correct time is showing, SWITCH OFF IGNITION, THEN BACK ON and correct time should be set.

You may find once the clock is set that when you turn the ignition on it resets to midnight. This is not the case its the stopwatch (!!!) function, press the set button a few times until the current time and a little clock icon appears then leave well alone. Already had this nightmare myself.

Goon
I have tried that in my darkened garage
I obviously couldn’t see the clock icon on the daylight
I have done as you said but it always goes back to oo.00 and becomes a trip timer
Even tried Skids advive and turned ignition on and off
The handbook advice
Ot always go back to 00.00
Getting frustrated now
Regards Newbs
