After a arduous 4 month battle, I am pleased to announce a white CR has been ordered for my new company bike.
I am expecting to take delivery sometime next week.
    Can't wait  :002:

i think everyone on here will be interested to read your review on the cr as a work tool and not just pleasure thing.  what is a given is the reliability of the honda v4.

    congrats

I'm hoping it could be tomorrow if dealer workshop have pulled their finger out.
Luggage was due to come in today or tomorrow.
Had gen heated grips and centre stand fitted.
    Puig screen ordered from M&P.

The bike will also have to be liveried up with the company logo etc. Think maybe that will be end of the week.

The first thing I will do before I ride the bike out the dealers ...????? Pump the silly tyres up to road pressures. I'm shocked Honda will let the CR out on tarmac roads with essentially what amounts to flat tyres. The bike handles like a pile of !
Once the Pirelli Scorpions are dead, I'm going over to something like PR3's :)

I've ridden 25K miles on the the current Yam Tenere. In all that time I have only seen 1 CR on the road. Shocking really.
    I don't get it :(

Sadly all about looks and the intial press coverage which effectively downgraded the bike to an ugly duckling right from the start. Mud sticks - and even though press have changed their message to "don't worry about the looks - just get on it and enjoy" they still say it won't sell in big numbers. Honda also pretty crap at marketing this bike. I have to say that wherever I go I always get riders coming over for a look so maybe the second year sales will be higher - which, I have been told, is what happened when the VFR1200 was launched a fgew years ago and similarly panned a bit by the press.Anyway - sign up to our Forum Ride in (see post under events) and maybe you will get to see a whole bunch in one place.
