Greetings from Montrose, Scotland!
« on: July 13, 2012, 09:50:39 PM »
Hi there,

Im new here and look forward to discussing all things crossrunner, bikes and life in general!

I collect my Crossrunner on Wednesday the 18th.  New, white, full luggage, tall screen, centre stand, heated grips, 12v socket and pannier inner bags - can't wait!  Im very excited to say the least.

Im a motorcycle instructor and have had a pearl cool white CBF 1000 for the last 2 and a half years and racked up serious miles, so really hope that the Crossrunner won't dissapoint  :002:

Any other local Scottish members?

See you around!

David

It will be interesting to hear your views on the CR against the CBF, the only other bike that really was a contender for me.

congrats turboman.
im sure you will be delighted with the cr.
just remember......the cr minus its plastics is probably the best sports tourer thats been created. legendary vfr.
whilst the cbf is a great bike, its not going to compete when you let the cr get in its stride.
