Just to say Hi. this is my first forum so things may be a little disjointed at first. My Crossrunner has had a suspension mod at the front... new springs and oil ( the factory springs have about 35 mm of preload which seems a lot) The bike now feels much more "planted" and is a joy to throw into corners! The mod was carried out by MCT of Stowmarket Suffolk.

    Hi and welcome!  :400:

Was that a Crossrunner-specific spring kit or just a VFR one?  I put in a Works Performance front spring kit and a Fox rear shock in my old VFR a long time ago...
