'Crossrunner'. Do you like it? I have to say I am not keen on it. It does not captivate the spirit of the bike for me
It's a bit of a 'runner', but there is nothing 'cross' about it!

I use VFR800X. Only a Hondarider knows the difference between Crossrunner and -tourer

Often thought about this before I sold mine..don't think Honda are very imaginative apart from the Fireblade when it comes to naming their bikes. Maybe the "elements" should be the common thread in naming bikes
I would therefore have gone for CrossFire!!

I dont think Honda thought about it very well....."friends" of mine call it the Honda Crossdresser!!!

The trouble is if you call it a VFR800X most people envision the sports bike (most insurance companies do too!). If I call it a Crossrunner I then have to explain that it's sort-of a VFR800 with a more upright handlebars.
If only everyone could ride one, then they'd understand!
