What light bulbs should you use?

After reading with the different legal head lights available for the CR I am wondering what to get?
lets be honest the lights on the Cr are not very good during the dark!
Is there any legal lights bulbs available to the CR ?
It is now very dark so early these days I am just wondering what light bulb could be replaced from the original one! ANY HELP once more apprieciated!
OSRAM NIGHT BREAKER PLUS H7 ?
MOTO VISION PHILIPS ?
please advise....

On my VFR in north America, I had (illegal) 100W high beam bulbs. Like this one...

I don't know what the penalties are if you get caught with 'em, though...

I use Philips moto Vision and i saw some improvement.

Osram night breakers. +1
Be careful of xenon bulbs and bulbs that are over voltage. You may melt the reflector.

Question; what light bulbs sits beside the main headlight? Are those like these onse?:
