I see MRA have finally released two new screens for the Crossrunner.
A touring vario version and a sport version...

    Has anyone purchased one yet?

Thanks for this alert. I'm interested in one of these. Seems that Bykebitz is a UK distributor - but from a quick look on their website they are not yet showing a screen for a Crossrunner.

I'll do some more searching on the internet.

Thanks. I've looked on the HPS website. Screen looks. Be interested to hear further how effective it is.

I just fitted one to my CR and also to my new NC700X 'workhorse'; truth is I haven't been out on the CR yet, just the NC as I need to rack up miles for 1st service.

I am sincerely hoping it is better on the CR than the NC where the deep roar at anything much over 50mph is awful  :003:.  Tried on all settings to no avail and put original back on pending some brackets from Palmers to mount it further outwards and upwards.  It does look very good on the CR, fingers crossed it is good in practice!  I will update after the weekend.

Well it's a thumbs up from me for the MRA Vario.  Tried it on different settings and for me at 5 foot 10 inches or so it kept the wind minimal without causing significant noise - shame the MRA doesn't seem to be so good on my NC700X!

Cracked 215 miles on the CR on Saturday, nice ride from Bedfordshire up to Melton Mowbray, across to Bourne and back home via the B660.  I've had the bike since last June and incredibly (mainly health reasons) had only 352 miles on it before setting off.  All ready for 1st service now  :002:

I can also say how happy I am about the IxraceZ1 Exhaust I fitted; you can now see the back wheel as intended and the noise is lovely!  A nice crackle to it, as a V-Twin fan I have to say this V4 released to sing like that sounds very classy as you wind on and off the throttle in the twisties, I'm sure it must raise a few question marks in the minds of petrolheads as it passes.

I have the MRA touring screen. It gives adequate protection without being too noisy. But in the really cold weather I shall put the Givi touring screen back on....
