police crossrunner on BBC news?
on: April 09, 2013, 09:48:04 AM
on the BBC news last eve when they were talking about Mrs.Thatcher they showed a police bike escorting someone, looked just like a CR but it was over in seconds so didn't see enough to confirm. Is this possible?

Hi Davy,

Yes - I saw that and noticed it was an unusual police bike - (although some months ago someone posted a crossrunner in police livery).

However I'm sure the bike on tv last night was a VFR1200 9I accept even that is unusual for a police bike. But as you say it was on for only a couple of seconds.
