Another Perth WA newbie

Hi,

 About to purchase a CR after having a VTR250, so quite a upgrade, looks like it will be the silver/camo one, but I am having it sprayed to match the white version.

Just having a read about what mods are suggested and I see there is a lot of talk about Screens, being 195cm tall I think I'll need a higher screen for sure!

Apart from a screen, is there any other mods that are specific to this bike I  should look at?

good luck with your new XR!!

don't make assumptions about the screen, you may find you're in a sweet spot with the standard screen. I'm 184cm and the screen worked brialliantly for me. It will probably be very smooth for you too, and you'd only need a bigger screen if you wanted more cold protection. Only you can tell.

you know the camo consists of stickers? Try taking them off you may like the plain silver, who knows?
