New CR; have to fix a tax disc holder. No obvious bolts. Where do you put yours?

I put mine on the lower left front mudguard bolt. Bolt hole in the tax disc holder may require a little enlarging to fit flange on bolt though.

State Government just gave up on tax labels this year.
Hooray.

Look at he pic in this link to see where I have my tax disc. It means removing a small plastic bung that is on the frame.
I'm guessing the hole is originally for the fairing mounts on the standard VFR800 Vtecs.

Something you will find unnecessary soon.

From DVLA website:

Also from 1 October 2014, the paper tax disc, first issued on 1 January 1921, will no longer be issued and required to be displayed on a vehicle windscreen. Vehicle tax will still need to be paid but with DVLA having a digital record of who has and has not paid, a paper tax disc is no longer necessary as proof that vehicle tax is paid.
