Angel GT

At recent 16000 service had the PR3's replaced with Angel GT's. Never had a good relationship with the PR3's they just didn't inspire confidence for me. Difficult to describe exactly why but they just didn't feel planted, at the rear slightly squirmy (better than the scorpions), noisy, slightly unstable and squared off not in a way I would expect a 2ct tyre too. I tried different pressures and they felt best at 36/42.
Had a few runs with the GT's at different pressures and settled on 36/42.
Just had a day out on the south downs
The GT's have renewed my love of the CR. Through all the rotten roads of Sussex they just did the job, no fuss. Where ever I pointed the CR it went surefooted and giving the confidence that if I wanted to crank it over further it would do it. They are not the quickest steering but in the corner they just stay at the lean angle you put it in.
Time, and miles, will tell how they wear but for now very happy with them.

Just to say, I recently replace the standard Scorpions, after 9450 miles to be fair, with the Angel GTs and as has been said I think they are great, lovely and stable, great in the wet and fabulous on the round about! Much, much better than the standard tyres, but I can't see them lasting more than 9000 miles.

Well that's the trade off I guess, I'll go with grip every time.
My Mrs has GT's on her CR

Judging by the wear on my PR3's I don't think they would have got close to 9000 miles.
Still loving the Angels

I've got a Kwak SX and I run Z8 interacts which I really like,
the main reason I went for these tyres is that the front is a single compound, so with any luck they won't cup/wear unevenly around the crown of the tyre.
My Mrs loves the feel of her bike now, with the Angels we settled on 36/40.
