Ram mirror mount, long arm and a waterproof case from
https://shop.buybits.com/
power from something like this
http://shop.buybits.com/buybits-angled-micro-usb-direct-to-vehicle-bike-battery-hard-wire-gps-phone-charger-sku-18584.html
to an ignition feed.
SWMotech do a specific mount for satnavs that others have used.

Remove the plastic handlebar shrouds & a RAM ball mount bolts to the bottom bracket for the shroud, I prefer the bike without the shroud & gives more space for mounting a ciggy socket (I normally go permanantly live with an inline fuse).
It wouldn't be hard to trip the shroud around the ball for a neat finish.
