Turning signal relay and led lights

I want to change the turning lights to some led lights. And i don`t want to use resistors at the lights. Is it possible to change the relay or will the stock relay make the right frequency for the lights, when i will use led lights?

Searched an found a relay for led turning lights. A plug & play part. Also some wires fitted with the plugs for the stock plugs on the wiring loom. Now i can fit some smaller led turning lights.
